  • Third-Party AI: The use of tools such as VEO, Nano Banana, or Claude to generate advertising assets is conducted under Ethical AI criteria, reviewing the privacy and security terms of each provider.
  • Risk Management: We classify each use case according to its risk level. Personal assets (logos, product images) are treated with data minimization measures and, where possible, anonymization before being processed by LLMs.
  • Intellectual Property: We ensure the necessary human intervention in every creation to guarantee that the intellectual property does not fall into the public domain and legally belongs to the client.

ORINOK-IA maintains an AI Master Plan that integrates:

  • AI Committee: Continuous monitoring of compliance with this policy and the EU AI Act.
  • Vendor Management: Annual evaluation of our technological supply chain to ensure their data centers and processes comply with GDPR and cybersecurity standards.
  • Incident Notification: We maintain protocols to detect and notify security breaches or technical incidents to the competent authorities within a maximum period of 72 hours.
